I teach people the healing power of COURAGEOUS CONVERSATION.

I’ve spent the last 10 years listening to the stories of hundreds of clients–stories of heartbreak, stories of wishing, stories of pain, stories of hope. No matter what challenge is bringing my client to the office door, EVERY single client carries the struggles with communication in everyday life.

Some of the vital needs of the human experience include being seen, heard, and valued. We want the ability to share our heart, our truth, our story with our partner, our parents, our child, our work colleague, our best friend, even the bully. It’s the courageous conversation that we have to have for our own healing, our own growth. Some are afraid of those hard conversations–they are afraid of outcomes, but I would gently ask,

“What is the RISK if you don’t say the very thing you need to say?”

You’re right, CHANGE doesn’t involve a magic wand.

In this case, it is rolling up your sleeves and doing the work that requires the step to move from comfortable, predictable, innate to uncomfortable, surprising, and resolute. In fact, when working with clients, I gently, but pointedly, ask them, “Are you willing to learn how to do it healthy?” It's about connecting to your authentic self (the best, strongest version of yourself), learning the communication and connection skills you need to support your change, feeling empowered to practice and learn the skills that help become the catalyst of changing your relationships, both at home and at work.

Speaking of work and home, I am not just an educated professional connecting and teaching without working on my own process! I live what I preach. I am a married mom of 3 teens–Jesus, take the wheel (anyone raising teens today could probably resonate with that phrase) and I know the effort that family life dictates to love and lead in an authentic way.

When my husband and I aren’t being humbled by my teens, I am laughing with my husband, serving clients, snuggling with my furry babies, nurturing my green thumb, lifting heavy weights, praying, journaling, getting the sunshine on my face, connecting with my loved ones, sipping my espresso, etc.

You see,

I KNOW that life is short, sacred and valuable.

Connecting, loving, and leading isn’t easy, but I haven’t found a more rich version of this life. If you have been crippled by the limitations of not knowing how to use your voice, you can learn to do it healthy. If you are ready for the path towards self-discovery, ready to learn how to embrace purpose-driven connection, ready for accountability, and ready to love yourself enough to empower you to live your best life, I am here.

Let’s get ready for the ripple effect of change in finding you, your voice, and as a result, the promise of true empowerment.

Rooting for you,

Dawn
